Our design approach is inclusive and open, gathering information and allowing those involved to participate in all aspects of the design process.  Along with the Owner and user groups, our experienced team will be reviewing information with an eye towards the delivery schedule of the project and budget implications of proposed solutions.     

We want the design to reflect your goals and aspirations for this project.  We want to achieve these goals by using a common-sense approach to the design, which is illustrated by the following design principles:
